Enclosure Dimensions 

The insulated consumer units are manufactured from high impact,
flame retardent, ABS material, coloured magnolia. The removeable
transparant hinged cover is manufactured from polycarbonate to 
protect the modular devices. The easy to remove cable knockout 
entries are on the top, bottom and at the rear of the enclosure.
The range has been designed to comply  with BSEN 60439-3.

The IP55 consumer units are  assembled in the UK using
very high quality plastic enclosures.  Six sizes enable
any combination between 2 to 32 usable ways.
The two largest enclosures are arranged in two rows.
These are used for split load units of 10+10 and 16+16 ways.

The metal consumer unit range is manufactured from 1mm CR4 cold reduced
mild steel, phosphate pre-treated and powder coated to RAL 7035. Cable
knockouts are provided on the top, bottom and rear faces.  The hinged
metal cover is held in the closed position by a magnet. The range has
been designed to comply with BSEN 60439-3.

The height of these units was 186mm. All future stocks will be 204mm high. For a short time both heights will be available.
